I just took a shower but I can still feel the filth of this slimy dealership. They will have you talk to multiple people who will all tell you different things that way they can weasel out of any promises one of them makes. Remember when dealerships wanted to build lasting relationships with local customers? Sadly those days are gone. Now it's just how much can we ***** each customer for, s**** them, on to the next. ***Buyer Beware*** If you are elderly, have elderly parents, or have elderly grandparents, I would NEVER recommend visiting this dealership without a trusted family member or friend to help. Personally, I would NOT recommend buying a paper clip from Folsom Lake Ford after the experience we had. According to the dealership, “customer satisfaction is one of our main priorities,” but it is clear that taking advantage of the most vulnerable members of our community is their higher priority. Folsom Lake Ford should review their sales practices and treat potential customers with the same respect other dealerships do. 2021 I went to buy a new vehicle from this dealership. A guy named *** said he could help me but said he was not a salesperson just a lot guy. He tried several times to show me used vehicles, I told him each time no.
