Much Different Experience I too purchased my car from Folsom Chevrolet and had a very good experience. The salesman was very courteous and very helpful. Great price on a great truck! I bought a new Silverado and got a great deal. I was waiting for when they offered a cash incentive and good interest rates. I had been researching this for 3 months & this deal is the best by far. I checked the prices at John L & Performance, but found the best deal at Folsom Chevy.
We will never shop there again . Last summer we went to Folsom Chevrolet to look at cars. We found one we wanted to buy. My husband was taking care of the paperwork while I waited outside with our young child. He came out a little while later with a confused look on his face and told me that another salesman sold the car we were going to buy to someone else in the middle of our deal. Excellent place to buy a truck I bought a used Honda Ridgeline which is a very hard truck to find in good used condition. They had a really good selections of used trucks that I wouldn't have thought they would carry.
Do not shop here I had the worst experience here. The sales agent was first a rip off artist. He took 50 mins to get me my first deal. The when he was looking over my credit, he was questioning me why I re financed my house and that I closed a few credit cards in the past. I asked him what my credit score was and it was in the 800's he had no right to question me. I was thinking of trading in my vehicle and he wanted to check the milage. We went there to shop for a truck and/or Tahoe. A few trucks had discounts offered, but none of the Tahoes did. So, we concentrated on the trucks. The salesman approached us right away, made inquiries about what we were looking for, pointed out the trucks with discounts, and would leave us so we could discuss things in private, and then return after a few minutes to answer questions.
