I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here, and while I was a little nervous going into the procedure, the staff and Dr. Alicia Follmar Wang made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience. Once I was in the room, waking up felt like the surgery had happened in the blink of an eye! Very quick, painless, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
Perfect experience! On very short notice after the filling in my molar fell out and my dentist recommended I have the tooth pulled and replaced with an implant, I was able to get in to see Dr Alicia Follmar (who had successfully done the same for my wife and her friend several years ago). Too expensive Also, service is not good
This is the second time I’ve been to Dr Follmar for Implant Surgery and both times had excellent service from the Initial Phone appointment to last follow up appointments. I felt comfortable and relaxed. Good Dr/Patient verbiage to understand the procedure! I highly recommend Dr Follmar.
This review is for the front desk staff, not the doctor. Unfortunately, the office failed to disclose up front that they do not work with Delta Dental. This was not mentioned when we scheduled the appointment, while filling out lengthy paperwork, or even during the visit. Only after anesthesia injections were administered were we presented with an unexpected bill of nearly $900, forcing us to stop the procedure midway.
