We specifically drove to Hiram to get takeout at Folks because we had a coupon. Manager (Amin) would not take coupon because it was digital (on phone) even though it was part of Folks own advertising campaign through The Little Coupon Book. Amin apologized, but did not offer to make things right. Basically, blew me off and didn't seem to care if they lose our future business. Seems like false advertising to offer the coupon and then not take It.
My mother and I enjoy Folks at least bi monthly. Great service, great staff, outstanding food. Quality spot for us!! We love Hiram Folks Kitchen!!!!!!!
