DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! RPM Living is a HORRIBLE property owner. Tires stolen INSIDE "SECURE" GARAGE, packages stolen from door and all RPM cans say is "they aren't reliable"!!!! Trash in the hallways, human bile/throw up left in common areas and elevator FOR DAYS!!! "Secure doors" never work - Always broken!!! The office people NEVER answer the phone! Trust me... RUN!!!!!
The unit had some water damage to it prior to my move in date. I moved in on a Saturday and maintenance did not return the keys to the leasing office in time for the unit to be cleaned. Therefore, when I arrived to pick up the keys I was then notified that the apartment would have to be cleaned 2 days after I moved in date. Of course I wouldn’t move my belongings into a apartment without cleaning it up first. There was hair everywhere and none of the restrooms were cleaned, the floors had not been cleaned either.
