Nice and friendly service as soon as we walked in the door!! Good price and very clean place! This is the only place I felt comfortable to sit down! Most similar shops are greasy and dirty! Will return for future service!

I only stopped by to have two tires changed, I was very impressed. It was not a dirty place that you didn't want to sit down or touch anything. It was clean, quiet, had television to watch, coffee to drink. The tires were beyond reasonably priced, in very good condition, and the service was fast. I've never been a "loyal" customer to an auto shop until now.
FT&A is the TRUTH!!! 1st time customer today via appointment for power steering pump replacement, new serpentine belt, and oil change. I found customer service to be great, employees are very personable & friendly folks(and not just to me but other walk-in & telephone customers too), customer waiting area comfy, & MOST important to me is pricing was fair and work is reliable & honest!
