Dr. Foley is the perfect combination of a down to earth person and incredibly knowledgeable doctor. I feel lucky to get to spend time with a physician who knows his stuff and truely cares about his patients.
Dr. Foley fooled my whole family acting like he cared about my grandmother. He used my grandmother as his little science experiment he did an aneurism by pass surgery on her she was 76 he had his little followers come in to feel my grandmas aneurism and told them they better feel it because they’d never feel one this big again in there life.
