They stiffed the GC on retainage payment, and all of the subs have been waiting for their retainage for 2+ years. Ignored emails for 12 months, then said "it's in work" for another 12 months... Despite no punch issues with any of our work. Most clients would release retainage for the scopes that had no punch items. Very disappointing lack of communication and business etiquette.
