Excellent job, I am happy and impressed with Foley Exteriors. 1st: I have had A LOT of work done on my house and have come to dread trying to find a company that actually takes pride in their work. Patrick came to look at an unidentified issue where water would occasionally seep into the lower level of my house and resulted in wood rot. Patrick was able to identify the issue and provided a very detailed and professionally written estimate that clearly outlined the required solution. The work required stucco removal along with cedar trim in two areas, replacement of significantly damaged framing and cedar trim, and application of new stucco (the stucco is a perfect match to the existing walls). Patrick and his crew did an exceptional job replacing crumbing stucco soffit with aluminum and repairing a large stucco front porch. In both cases, Patrick was the only one who was able to identify the root cause of the issue and recommend a permanent and cost-effective solution. Patrick is a perfectionist and it shows. After reading the reviews, I knew that Foley Exteriors was the one for these challenging repairs.
Patrick repaired and re-stuccoed a large portion of our house, and I could not recommend him more highly. We had a rather unusual situation with our old stucco failing in places, and Foley was one of very few companies that sandblasts in house, greatly simplifying the entire process. They were very competitive on cost, and the final product was immaculate.
Working with Patrick was an absolute pleasure. He really handles his business personably and efficiently. I like working with local mom&pop type shops as much as I can, and Foley Exteriors is a great example of why. Highly recommended. In my photos the color matching is probably exactly what it should be, but the house needs a good power washing. Fyi.
