They are the best. Everyday they inform me how far they are with overhaul. ( who does this anymore).
Paid over 2 grand to multiple items repaired on a skid steer had 2 items fail in a Week machine still leaks hydraulic oil and the bolt still falls out instead of doing the job right they bushed fixed it and charged premium money only to have ethan say he didt bid it that way or warranty his work Been doing business with them for years but never again .
CAT skid steer, drive motor failure, we took drive motor off because unit was bad then sent it in to be looked at and diagnosed. They charged us 4-5 hrs of labor… keep in mind it was already disassembled from machine and taken in. Then they turn around and say it’s bad and we need a brand new one. My problem is with cat is yes the machines are good but they don’t give a damn about their customers adding an extra 1,000 onto an already expensive bill for a 7k drive motor. Absolutely ridiculous and greedy corporation!
