CAT skid steer, drive motor failure, we took drive motor off because unit was bad then sent it in to be looked at and diagnosed. They charged us 4-5 hrs of labor… keep in mind it was already disassembled from machine and taken in. Then they turn around and say it’s bad and we need a brand new one. My problem is with cat is yes the machines are good but they don’t give a damn about their customers adding an extra 1,000 onto an already expensive bill for a 7k drive motor. Absolutely ridiculous and greedy corporation!
They were really nice they messed up one of orders fixed the issue n gave me 2 free hats.
Had wat I needed on hand .no wait time meant faster I could get my customer back on the road ..thanks Marcus
