Today I had an appointment with my OB. Got an ultrasound and everything is perfect. Got a call after 5 from this office and they stated I needed to be seen and they argued with me about not answering billing questions. So they call me out the blue. And want my insurance. I ask if I can provide this in office since it’s an appointment I’m unaware was needed. And they argued with me stating they would tell my doctor I declined. Appointment staff makes you feel very weird. Asks personal questions that have absolutely nothing to do with your appointment. It took 20 minutes for her to tell me they’d call back with an appointment time. The next call I got from her was to ask me if a time frame for the appointment was ok and the 3rd call was 8pm. After I finally got an appointment time we hung up and then she called my husband while he was at work to ask more personal questions that had nothing to do with the appointment.
