Sadly we were let down on the day we had to move out of our rented house despite booking online and confirming requirements by a call I made. Just makes moving house so much harder and more stressful. I would not recommend.

This is the 2nd time we called on this company for carpet plus area rugs cleaning and added floor tile and grout to our list. We have light colored carpets and the tile and grout in the kitchen had endured high traffic. Once again we appreciated the owner's quick call back straight forward quote time of arrival with heads up call before they came. Quality of work excellent. The service was highly unsatisfactory. The team showed up late and rushed through the job, leaving several stains untouched. Some areas were still damp hours later, creating a musty smell in the house. Communication was frustrating, as calls and messages went unanswered when I tried to resolve the issues. Overall, the service lacked professionalism and quality, and I would not use it again.
