I do hate to give a less than stunning review. First, the good. Great customer service! The receptionist was a peach and helped us pick our floors when we have no experience. Our floors are beautiful, and just within our price range. She even helped me with colours. I was going too light initially. Buyer be ware. Very poor business practices. I needed help with flooring for my elderly mother. I called multiple times and was told I would be called back but never was. They finally stared screening my calls and not answering. You could have just told me you didn’t want to do the job.

My husband and I just bought our "new to us" house and needed some new carpet in the bedrooms. We got 3-4 quotes from companies, but Fogel's was the one that was the easiest to talk to about our budget. They were on time to all of our meetings. I worked with Amber from Fogel's back in December to carpet the entirety of our new house. I then reached out to her again for another space when we knocked out a wall and built a small closet. They are a fantastic company. They have a massive selection of items, and their prices are very competitive.
