Dr Fogel is a true professional. She is an experienced expert surgeon who listens to her patients. My cataract surgery was thankfully uneventful and my sight is multiple times better. I highly recommend Dr. Fogel.
"Dr. Fogel performed Cataract surgery and Toric corrective Lens surgery at the additional cost of $1200 per eye for each of the lenses. Right from the start my left eye vision was blurred and not equal to the right eye results, reorienting the lens by her had no effect. Dr. Fogel has refused to correct the problem with my dominant left eye, I do not recommend her."
I have been a patient of Dr Fogel for annual check ups for more than five years at the Eye Center of Concord and two cataract operations at Concord Hospital. I have also recommended her services to friends. Her professional skills rate at the top of all ophthalmologists I have used, and the facilities she uses are equipped with state of the art technology.
I have seen her numerous times. She tried to sell me something at each visit, even things that my surgeon said I should not use. Each time I had to wait at least 45 minutes in the main waiting room. Then I was taken to an examination room and had to wait at least another 15 minutes. The last time I was there I waited in the main waiting room for over 1 hour and 15 minutes. She always approaches as an old friend and is truly interested in me as a person. Advises on other specialists she feels are the best for the circumstances.
She is very knowledgeable, puts patient care and comfort first priority, takes her time, listens, as well as explains her concerns and results. I was diagnosed by her with a condition other opthomolgists/specialists could not! She is top in state to handle this! She is reassuring too! I see her regularly. My eyes are deteriorating yet she is still hopeful! I highly recommend her she wants patients pain free, no urgent matter is gone by the wayside.
