Not worth your time. They were sent out by American Home Shield AHS home warranty and they put a rubber patch over my shingles that made the leak even worse. I called them the next day and they gave a BS excuse that we should wait a few days for the sealant to dry. For those who don’t know, quality roofing sealant works immediately. They turned a tiny leak into a constant leak.

Had an appointment scheduled through warranty... and then they called and told us they come to check out whenever they had a cancelation. And that they had no openings in their schedule so it would have to wait until whenever they had time.

Our recently purchased home developed some roof leaks during a recent hard rainstorm. Our new homeowners warranty paid for roof leaks during a repair. Rafael from Fog City came out on time, showed us pictures of the problem and repaired it in a few hours. We couldn’t ask for more. Update: The roof “repairs” Rafael did leaked like a sieve in the recent rains. They are worse than they were before. Same exact spots. And Fog City had sent a second roofer to fix the leaks the Rafael supposedly fixed. Two tries, both failures.
