Leticia has been a breeze to work with. She made everything easy and seamless from start to finish. She was very professional, efficient, and quick to respond. Imagine working through 20+ work orders at once, yet she made sure we were kept updated every step of the way. Her communication and follow-through made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Not worth your time. They were sent out by American Home Shield AHS home warranty and they put a rubber patch over my shingles that made the leak even worse. I called them the next day and they gave a BS excuse that we should wait a few days for the sealant to dry. For those who don’t know, quality roofing sealant works immediately. They turned a tiny leak into a constant leak.
Had an appointment scheduled through warranty... and then they called and told us they come to check out whenever they had a cancelation. And that they had no openings in their schedule so it would have to wait until whenever they had time.
Great and honest people! Highly recommend
