There is not enouth words for me to dresribe it!
My son's Dr faxed a referral with all his insurance information, so they make the appointment for 7:15 in the morning. We drove all the way down from the foothills just to tell me they no longer accept our insurance. I understand things happen, but they should of caught that before scheduling. Just a waste of gas and time.
Got here on time to register and sign in. Dr. is making us wait because he is 1 HR BEHIND! They tell u to show up earlier and make u wait even more. THANK YOU Dr for being on time!
