Their office owes me money from improper billing of a recent appointment. Three weeks later, I still have not been helped. Service has gone way downhill

RecommendedDr. Kelly McDonald is the best. I've been going to her for over 20 years. My eyes are not in the greatest shape and she has done a amazing job with me and my kids . Now she is working with my grandkids !!
RecommendedGreat atmosphere with wonderful care from all departments. A very "you before me" environment always putting the patient first. From glasses/contacts to eye health/care you will be taken well care of. I've been working here for over a year and it's nice to see everyone work together to make the patients' visits enjoyable.

Optical Department is incredibly rude. Very difficult to make appointments and not easy to work with.
RecommendedDr Lasky is a kind and considerate man...Wake Forest grad...I went to NCSU....I won't hold it against him. He recommend Dr DeAngelis to do My cataracts....after 30+ years of contacts and glasses...I wear them no more...I am most grateful to them both and highly recommend their services! You could not find more competent Dr's or nicer people...highly recommend!
