while in office we ordered a heartbeat bear. we had to wait for it to arrive and once it did I found it hard to make it back into office to pick it up. (this pregnancy has been rough) After trying to contact me SEVERAL times about picking it up, I finally told them to just give it to someone else cause I couldn't physically make it in. She apologized for my unfortunate luck and offered to send it to me free of charge. Amazing customer service there. THANK YOU!! seriously an awesome team!
Heather is awesome! She’s so friendly and the place is so cozy and welcoming. We did the clinical sneak peek and went back today for an ultrasound :) Highly recommend!
Nothing but absolute amazing things to say about Focused 4D Imaging! We were supposed to find out the gender of our baby on Dec 1st at an ultrasound place closer to home and I just couldn’t wait. I googled places to go to and this business popped up with the soonest availability! I didn’t know walking in I would be so satisfied with how we were taken care of! We went today to do our gender reveal everything was amazing there!!! I was nervous at first but once I walked in I could feel the comfort is just a nice place! Comfy waiting area the room was absolutely comfy and relaxing. Heather did an amazing job!! I couldn’t have picked a better place to go to. And we took the gender home in a yellow top secret envelope because we don’t want to know until our reveal next Saturday 😍😍😍 Definitely a 6 star place !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Heather was amazing! My son was super stubborn and didn't want to show his face she gave us pictures and let us come back free of charge. I also came to find out his gender and I paid for a package that she explained wouldn't really be good for as early as I was and refunded the difference to a different package.
We have used them for both babies and love them!
I can't sing enough praises about Heather and Focused 4D imaging!! We had the hardest time getting my 3rd baby to cooperate for the 3D ultrasound, but Heather wasn't having it! She let us come back multiple times to ensure we got a good view of this stubborn baby! Even after I thought we got ok shots, she was sure we could get better and sure enough, we did!!
