Man I get glasses from them and worst spot to get glasses first and last.. most of the time it's closed and online it say it's open.... lost the lil rubber thing on my glasses that touhes your noise and they didn't have it in-stock. They said a week and been almost 2 week with out it.. sooo irritated without the rubber thing
I was not pleased with the multiple appointment errors, lack of attention to details (did not even know that my child was scheduled for contact lens appointment) and not notifying me ahead of time that my insurance covers the contact lens but not the contact lens fitting/exam which was about $80 plus the contact lens practice ot whatever you call that for $20 to make sure that they got the correct measurements for the contact lens.
