Dr. Stephanie Smith is absolutely amazing & one of my favorite doctors to ever work with. They’re always super friendly & easy to talk to. It’s easy to tell they really care about you & your health. I refill my prescription with my pcp & I’m sad that I can’t just continue to see them lol.
***UPDATE*** I have received a second bill from this practice for a session I never scheduled. No one returned my phone call I made nearly a month ago asking about the first bill. I will be moving forward with filing a complaint because this is fraud. Avoid this place at all costs*** I had tried to make an appointment with this clinic over a year ago for an ADHD assessment. I called and was told I needed to fill out new patient information, submit it, and they would reach out to schedule my initial appointment. This never h... read more
During my first appointment, I had a very good experience and the staff was very nice. When it came time to follow up/contact the provider or make another appointment, it was nearly impossible to get into contact with anyone at the office. They rarely answer calls, do not check emails, and I have requested my records from them for a transfer of care 4 times and still have not received them. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience that I would not recommend anyone else go through.
Since becoming a patient of Dr. Ruchi a couple years ago, I have always had a wonderful experience working with her! She understands the unique circumstances of each individual and tailors your medication plan according to your needs. She's caring and genuinely wants the best for her patients. I should have known from the reviews not to go here. Sent in the paper work in November and I didn’t get an appointment until end of January. I had to call in multiple times and they went to voicemail. Finally front desk answered “oh you didn’t get called from someone to sent up an appointment?” Man. That’s literally your job. That’s the only part I’ll speak on. The rest was a verification issue which I can understand them on. But front desk is a mess.
