They repaired my Mau Jim glasses without any charge. I had been to two or three other places for repairs. Rest were asking for charge
Steer clear of this place!! I literally JUST took down a previous negative review because I was like “hey, they did end up helping me out and figured it out” but then when I try to renew my contacts today and I was never made aware my prescription was expired (the girl said yes it was on the paper we gave you… a year ago…) so I’m left in the dust with no help for another two weeks… it reminded me why I need to find a new optometrist… god forbid they send an email to their patients (much less a call to remind them)?… do yours... read more
I love this place! My children have been coming here for years. I was helped with finding them the right glasses. We looked at the more economical ones and I was given a discount for the next set. We will be back in two months! They always look out for us! Plus the people are genuinely nice here. I can say we laughed and talked trying to find glasses. Friendly ppl come check them out!
The staff did a nice job.
No wonder why they have 3 stars only, well I had an appointment on April 6 2026, they order my glasses until the 22nd of April they never call me back to let me know my glasses arrived i call then on may 1st for an update they told them told me they are ready to pickup. I ask them why they did not call me. BAD SERVICE
