I love this place! My children have been coming here for years. I was helped with finding them the right glasses. We looked at the more economical ones and I was given a discount for the next set. We will be back in two months! They always look out for us! Plus the people are genuinely nice here. I can say we laughed and talked trying to find glasses. Friendly ppl come check them out!
The staff did a nice job.
No wonder why they have 3 stars only, well I had an appointment on April 6 2026, they order my glasses until the 22nd of April they never call me back to let me know my glasses arrived i call then on may 1st for an update they told them told me they are ready to pickup. I ask them why they did not call me. BAD SERVICE
The lack of competency at this place is so low. Don’t bother coming here. They messed up my contact lens order and I had to wait an extra month for them and they were not clear about how my new insurance would be billed which left me paying full price for my next order. Save yourself the struggle and go somewhere else.
My wife had a 9 a.m. appt on Friday and was shocked to find that the doors were locked despite their hours stating they're 9-5 causing her unnecessary distress and self-doubt. Very unprofessional and we won't be coming back.
