I been attending to this place for over 20 years, they were in a previous address and I followed them. But now I regret it. Old lady there is mean. They closed early and like many other people here are saying, girls at reception are nice, but that's not enough. Poor service, quality in the frames sucks. Even if you paid cash. I think I'm ready to take my family of 10 somewhere else.
Came here with my family and they were very kind, helpful, and quick. Ordered a few pairs of glasses and they came back quick and high quality! Overall had a very positive experience with my first time visit. The front counter staff and the doctor were the best!
I understand that things can happen, but my appointment had been twice canceled (once canceled on very short notice) and each time I was offered another to do it another time WEEKS in the future. In the past my experiences were fine and the staff were very friendly, but if you don’t want to risk having to wait an excessively long time for anything, I’d recommend going somewhere else.
Some of the more negative reviews are a few years old, so here is my update from the last two weeks: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I have worn contacts and glasses for 20 years and this was the worst optometrist office I’ve been to. 1. It took several visits and phone calls to get a copy of right prescription, 2. they charged me for contacts that I asked to cancel several times because it was so irritating to my eyes 3.
