BEWARE of Tozal Eye Meds product quality! Recent bottle contained multiple caplets that were almost black. Not confident these are safe to use. Wrote customer service twice in last 2 weeks asking for guidance. Included all pertinent lot tracing information. Meds stored as directed on packaging. Never heard back from anyone in Focus Labs. No response tells me there may be an issue they aren't willing to share. Use caution when dealing with this company and their medications!

This is now my go to company for ordering supplies for our clinic. Kelley is absolutely amazing and makes sure we are always taken care of.

I recently called on behalf of my employer. We are reaching out to businesses we work with for our one year anniversary celebration. I attempted to contact any three of our reps to find out that none of them are still employed with the company. I found out that our new rep is named Greg. I got transferred to his line, where he picked up the phone and without greeting me said “hang on a sec” and continued his conversation with another client.
