Service department at this dealership is a joke. It takes weeks to get back a call. I paid EXTRA when i bought my car to purchase COSMETIC coverage for my rims. And I was told by financial advisor Alex that it’s cosmetic coverage and of course it covers curb rash. Guess what, weeks after service advisor took pics when I brought my car in, they called me that it’s not covered cause there’s no air leak in the tires.
