The therapists are friendly and really listen to your concerns. They use evidence-based practice which helps a lot. The treatment feels very personal and suited to you. Staff handle all appointment bookings quickly and smoothly. You always feel comfortable and safe throughout the sessions. They also guide you on looking after yourself daily. Would recommend to friends and family.
FINALLY…!!! I found a true and proven solution for the many woes of menopause. I literally went years without proper sleep, imbalanced moods and just not feeling like me! As women, we still face a lack of education around methods that can truly help.
