I enjoyed the Booty Barre class & Kari's studio is private with a lovely view of the the bay.
Kari is an awesome trainer. She carefully tailors each workout to your personal needs and goals. The studio is beautiful and so is the view! I love looking out at the bay during my workouts. Time flies by each time and I can't imagine my life without my weekly Focus Fitness sessions now! Thank you Kari!! Xx
