It is very pleasant to go to MyEyeDr on G Street, DC. Dr. Elkassabany is very thorough checking your eyes, staff is very attentive and courteous.
Very unprofessional and rude staff. They were impatient, condescending, and acted as if they were always right, while constantly making customers wait. I repeatedly emphasized the details of my phone order to avoid mistakes, but they still got it wrong immediately. Very careless and disrespectful. Overall, an extremely unpleasant experience.
Excellent care and service! In my opinion, Dr. Garr is the absolute best optometrist in DC.
