I enjoyed my visit.The front desk treated me very kindly, and the rest of the staff was kind enough to let me know what they was doing before they actually did it.And the doctor was great. Thank you to all of the staff.
My experience at Focus Eye Care was extremely disappointing. The doctor seems more focused on booking as many patients as possible rather than respecting people’s time. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, yet I wasn’t seen until after 11:00 AM. Waiting over an hour without explanation is unacceptable. The office feels very overbooked and disorganized, which made the entire visit frustrating. Patients deserve better communication and respect for their scheduled appointment times. The office personnel were great. Dr. Whitaker made me feel comfortable and seemed very knowledgeable in regards to my eye issue.
