Dr. Brinkley is such an awesome physician who cares about his patients and show such compassion. I recommend him to several of my friends and family members. The staff is very knowledgeable and always professional and courteous.
Phenomenal service and an exceptional customer experience. This office is the only location within a 40-mile radius offering walk-in services, making its accessibility especially valuable. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and attentiveness demonstrated throughout my visit. Dr. Brinkley is a great eye doctor but his staff at this location is rude. I been calling and leaving voicemails to refill my contacts and nobody have called me back yet. I find this very unprofessional to treat a patient like this.
