I had a disappointing experience. The prices were very high for eye exam and I felt that charges were not fully explained to me beforehand. I believe patient consent and clear communication should be a priority before any treatment or additional costs are incurred. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service and would not recommend it based on my experience.
2026 Update: I posted this review several years ago when I was a new patient, but it’s been brought to my attention that Dr. Dawson is no longer at this location. Wanted to add this for visibility as my review may no longer be as accurate as it once was. I am a new patient, that glanced at the google reviews, and then went to Focus Eye Care to speak with the staff. Definitely not the same since Dr. Dawson left. My contacts are not clear even the Dr. stated "Oh these are better for you. They provide more moisture." I feel my script is off. The manager questioned me when I told her about the samples she gave me. I miss Dr. Dawson's warm personality and care. The new Doc is just not her. Sorry. Dr. Dawson fit my contacts perfectly. Don't twist my words. Thank you.

An excellent experience! Purchased a pair of glasses here. The staff and the doctors are extremely caring and helpful! Wanted a specific style of frame , and this was not on their display - so, Veronica pulled up the manufacturer’s catalog and helped select and order additional frames so that there were more choices. Was able to pick one that felt just right! Very happy with the purchase!
