Didn’t get to see the doctor until 45 minutes past my appointment time. I don’t know how your appointment system works, but the doctor literally skipped me and helped 4 other patients that arrived later than me.. This is upsetting, coming to your dental office is a waste of time.
Been coming to this dentistry for 16 years now. There are many options but the staff have been good to us. The doctors have changed a couple of times. Doctors are good as well. Open to conversations and discussing how to proceed with dental work needed. My kids have learned to become comfortable with the staff and doctors. Grateful to this group who has always respected our wishes with our dental work. Some procedures we agreed while others were respectfully turned down. Thank you and God bless.
