真的在那里遭受了两次让人气到吐血的经历，都是拜那里工作的戴眼镜的女员工所赐。第一次因为我带着一个不满12个月的小宝宝去给孩子拍签证照片，她对小宝宝和我一点也不友好。周六拍完之后告诉我不能打印纸质照片。我本来就是需要有纸质照片才去那里拍照的。然后让我周二去取照片。总之过程经历令人非常的不愉快。事后我有打电话跟老板投诉，但是老板应该不作为导致了第二次我老公不愉快的经历。第二次又是一个周六，我先生去拍中国签证照片，同样需要纸质照片，女员工同样说只能周二去取纸质照片。最后因为需要尽快获取中国签证，跟她沟通过之后，她说可以周一早上一早去Rundle mall 拿，我们才去拍登记照。因为之前我们在Australia post里拍的证件照不合格，才退而求其次想到去焦点拍摄，并且拿照片。结果不理解为什么本来营业时间就很短了，还不能当天及时拿到照片。后续是，那个女员工答应的事情，说周一去找她拿，定好9：30am, 最后周日晚上告诉我们要推迟时间，我们也是要工作的人，时间都已经安排好了。她告诉我们说如果不行，就让我们去Officework打印。我跟我老公都气的不行，说好的事情做不到，还说可以退我们纸质的差价5刀。可是最初是因为我们需要纸质版的照片才去那里拍照的！最... read more

I urgently need my daughter’s passport photo to be taken, before coming to Focus we had been to Post office and Officeworks which they couldn’t get a photo done at all, we ended up disappointed each time. Then I found Focus from internet, I walked in today without any appointments, they got my daughter’s photo done and met all requirements within 5 minutes which was amazing! Highly recommended!

She intentionally took unflattering photos and then charged a $38 adjustment fee. The final pictures are truly disappointing, much worse than the previous service.
