Bought a brand new 2020 Venue and within a year mu hatch started rusting. They tried to “fix it” 3 times until they finally gave me a new hatch and then wanted me to pay for the paint job. After I fought with them some more they said they would do a “good will gesture” but after that they didn’t want to hear from me about the hatch. 6 months later it started to rust AGAIN and Hyundai Canada, Focus Hyundai, and their body shop all basically said “sorry it’s past warranty and we told you we didn’t want to deal with this again”... read more
I usually take my car in this shop to get fixed for MPI claims First time I took it not really, no issues. Second time I took it. There was discolouration on my front bumper, not the same colour as my car had brought it to their attention and they fix it while they're fixing my car I got a loaner car with them and the lady was really rude. I did not like at all some blonde one work in the front. Nicole and Jessica are the best people you can deal with. They made a stressful situation with MPI as easy as possible, were courteous and fast, and they went above and beyond my giving me car a thorough check even though it was just body work needed on my car. They had the techs check my tires among other things and made sure I was as comfortable as possible while dealing with my claim, and got my car back to me as quick as they could. Hopefully there is no next time, but if there is, I will be coming back.
Brought my car here after an accident and they did a great job fixing my bumper and Nicole was so speedy answering any questions I had regarding the status of my vehicle and quick with adding notes to my MPI claim when I needed to extend my rental coverage. Absolutely would bring my car here again. Thanks again Nicole for the great customer service!
