I had my car repaired here under the MPI claim: they replaced the lower bumper, repainted it, and replaced one headlight. At first, it seemed like they worked fast and even well. But! When I came to pick up the car, I noticed a big matte spot on the bumper ,clearly not polished. They took the car back and polished it while I waited. Then I noticed the headlight was installed with a huge gap, completely wrong. I had to wait again for them to fix it. And a day later, I discovered the horn didn’t work. Bought a brand new 2020 Venue and within a year mu hatch started rusting. They tried to “fix it” 3 times until they finally gave me a new hatch and then wanted me to pay for the paint job. After I fought with them some more they said they would do a “good will gesture” but after that they didn’t want to hear from me about the hatch. 6 months later it started to rust AGAIN and Hyundai Canada, Focus Hyundai, and their body shop all basically said “sorry it’s past warranty and we told you we didn’t want to deal with this again”... read more
