I like it I feel so better and I think that I am doing fine right now also I am beginning to see how much progress I am doing and I like doing this with you it makes me feel happy.
I've been putting off working out for a long time which is really easy to do. I finally found someone to motivate me and trained me in the name of Pedro Cruz.In a short time he got me in shape.I especially needed to strengthen my core, as I've had back problems, and my doctor said that was really important. He has a specially help me with that, amongst other things. I even wake up feeling more refreshed in the morning with a lot more energy,and really look forward to his workouts. Would highly recommend him.

Have been training with Pedro for a few months now and have noticed a remarkable improvement in my overall energy. He is focused and motivates you to push harder and give it your all. Pedro has helped me with my forms and achieving the results I want.
Excellent trainer. I'm going on my 6th year with Pedro. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and a great motivator. I always tell him that he is my health insurance policy. I highly recommend him.

am personally a very lazy person since birth and hence have packed on several pounds. I was always very apprehensive to work out, but, Working out with Pedro has been a pleasant change to all that. I feel good with the way my frame is taking shape.
