I have lost a lot of staff through the years that I have been apart of this company and I don't like the way staff are getting treated by the higher ups it makes me sick to see how they are getting treated and I want to move companies to get out of Iowa focus and I wish staff would treat the clients better and respect them even if they are having a bad day everyone deserves respect

I am currently a consumer of Iowa Focus and I leaving on my own free will cause I am unhappy. They don't work with me on my goals I had an ICP in September and the coordinator I have never put new goal sheets in my binder. And my staff keeps quitting.
