We called the evening ahead to schedule mani/pedis for 4 people. The lady on the phone apologized and explained that they only had room for 2 and then 2 more back to back, which was perfectly reasonable considering the last minute nature of our request. The pedicures and manicures were very relaxing and professionally performed. The nail technicians were very friendly. I’m so glad my daughters and I got to meet this nice family! I had a great time here and met a wonderful woman! I will be back! Kathy in particular was very precise and particular about how my nails came out. She was still trimming and filing during the painting process (that didn’t mess up my nails) in order to get my nails looking perfect! I even came in about 40 min before they closed and it was no problem! Would highly recommend!
after making an appointment online which is available per their website I was told sorry we can't fit you in when I asked why it was available to make the appointment online she said I don't have time to check them when I asked again why is the availability to make an online appointment she said I don't want that website anymore but I haven't been able to change it Terrible customer service didn't even offer to try to get me in until almost 5:00 at night on a Sunday. MAYBE they should change owners AGAIN!
My girlfriend and I went last night and felt right at home! Kathy was so friendly and Jasmine was super sweet; it felt like we were old friends. I've found my pedi spot!!
This was my first time in...I'm from Phoenix and didn't know where to go. Their yelp reviews were good so I thought why not?! Everyone was super nice and the chamomile pedi was to die for!! I'm in town about once a month and will absolutely be back!! 😊
