Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with Focil Construction. They verbally made promises such as the renovation would be completed by the end of November but then wrote into the contract that it would be completed at the end of December. They overcharged for the square footage of the condo for the installation of the wood floor as well as the linear footage of the baseboard and also the quantity of glue needed. Thank you Focil Construction for a great experience for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. From inception through to the final inspection, everything was handled professionally, transparently and punctually. Having a design early on to help us visualize what the final product was awesome as we tend to need to see it on paper. Even though everything was documented for all the materials, Focil was nimble enough to accommodate changes. An example being a suggestion from Joseph to use quartzite backsplash rather than subway tile.... read more
