Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with Focil Construction. They verbally made promises such as the renovation would be completed by the end of November but then wrote into the contract that it would be completed at the end of December. They overcharged for the square footage of the condo for the installation of the wood floor as well as the linear footage of the baseboard and also the quantity of glue needed. I was able to catch the overcharge for the square footage of the condo which would have cost me $700 mor... read more
