We just had our bathroom remodel completed on 10/6, so here goes: Pros: Liam, the guy who came out to do the estimate, was knowledgeable, patient, and knew all of the products. The company is family owned and they do not sub-contract out their work. Alexx, our installer, worked his butt off and dealt with any questions or concerns I had and was easy to talk to and patient with me. The company offers financing for 10 years, so after we got over the sticker shock, we at least knew that we didn't have to pay everything at once.... read more

We had a "Jetted Tub" removed and a Walk-in Shower, Linen Closet, Flour, Medicine Cabinet, and Vanity Top installed. We found the products offered by Focal Point (Bath Planet) to be of a higher quality than that proposed by competitors. All the Focal People that we worked with (Tim, Zeb, Chad, and Ray) were knowledgeable, attentive, punctual, and caring. I have nothing but the BEST reviews for Shawn & Alex with Focal Point when they put in a NEW SHOWER & FLOOR in our home!! I recommend them highly for the fantastic job they did plus the CLEAN UP Also!
