This was my second visit to Focal Optometry and both visits exceeded my expectations. The first time was for a routine eye exam and the second for an urgent appointment for eye pain and irritation. I was seen quickly despite not having an appointment. The front desk is very welcoming and I appreciate the efficiency of the office while still feeling like I received quality care. I will be recommending Focal Optometry to others. This is the third optometrist I have tried in San Diego and by far, the best!
When you walk in , you are greeted by Tony,Christina and Katie. Their smiles are contagious . They are their to assist your needs, wants, concerns and questions regarding your visions. They have many frames to choose from or if you have a picture of what you want… they will help you find it. I highly recommend focal optometry!! I woke up with an eye infection and called and they had time to see me the same day. The staff was wonderful and the Doctor examined me, gave me a prescription and explained what was happening to my eyes. Great experience.
