So glad finding a great optometry after researching online for my sister. Could be able to book eye exam the same day. All staffs are very nice, friendly , good and helpful. One of the staff took her time to find cheapest frame per request to replace broken one. Also at first I thought her Medicare advantage insurance Anthem prime hmo-pos not cover eye exam and have to pay $199 out of pocket. Tony called & found out her insurance is covered. Very courteous and friendly staff. The technician and the doctor did not seem rushed, explained things thoroughly and invited questions. A very pleasant experience.
I have been here for years. People are nice and professional here!
Excellent! Clean! I had tried another local optometrist a few months ago and needed one this weekend for another child. I called 5 different ones and Focal was so helpful and got us in as a walk-in! Their customer service was impeccable and the Dr. was so kind, patient and clearly explained what my son was experiencing. Now I want to take my whole family there!!!
Friendly and amazing customer service. Kids popped out my glass frames. They were able to fix it and have the frames back to me in perfect shape after several minutes. Didn't even want to charge me for the service, even though I was happy to pay. I'll be back as a customer in the future.
