Loved our experience here! The staff and the eye doctor were so kind and explained everything thoroughly. They had new technology like a VR that the kids loved. They were in-network with VSP, so that was awesome, too.
Dr. Chung is very knowlegeable with his profession. Always friendly. His staff Tony is also friendly and very easy to deal with. I will strongly recommend Focal Optometry to anyone who's looking for friendly and proffessional optometrist. All the staff is friendly and always professional.
Everything is good I come here every six months but after my appointment today I realized I had dropped an item of mine at the Optometry. I called around 2 o’clock asking if someone could step outside to check by the 30 minute parking area. I was told they would check and call me back, 30 minutes I was called back and the person on the phone forgot what I had called for.
