This place literally only pays its employees $13 an hour to do this kind of work. Unbelievable!! This has to be the lowest paying job in Greenfield. My son is a senior in high school making $14 an hour working at Popeyes. Good luck keeping people for those slave wages
It’s been awhile since I gave foamcraft thought as an employee. I will say this company if your going through hard times may be a perfect spot for you I was dealing with severe anxiety and foot problems that resulted in a surgery. They gave me all the time and some that I need to repair physically and mentally. They were a beautiful stepping stone in my work history. Josh is an amazing supervisor and I hope he stays strong in his position. He deserves anything good that’s coming to him.
