Very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. Medicare rebate wasn't processed on their end. On my enquiry, staff member made a complaint to manager. Was contacted by manager and couldn't believe the complaint I heard.
Positive experience, caring professionals, easy communication
BEWARE from my experience of having a very known problem of a corn, to be such. A Doctor must "declare" this and to refer you to a Podiatrist. Otherwise you will receive no medicare benefit IF you are deemed eligible. I had seen a Doctor prior but was not advised or offered a referral. Apparently the Podiatrist cant advise you re the referral as you may or may not be eligible for a benefit by medicare.
