Reception staff were extremely efficient. I have worked alongside doctors for 36 yrs in my nursing career. Dr Loveridge is by far the most impressive specialist I have come across. His manner with my son was so caring and he took the time to very carefully explain his treatment plan. Post operative care was amazing with him and his hand therapist.
Best hand surgeon is the only surgeon to have success with my wrist
The receptionist was the most rudest person I have ever come across she needs to re trained in customer service honestly I have never meet such a rude person in my life after speaking with her I chose to take my business else where I was polite while she was arrogant and rude and racist
