I’ve used FNB since I was a teenager, my family’s banked with them as well. Unfortunately when my account experienced obvious fraudulent charges which totaled a few thousand dollars, FNB botched the (very straightforward) claim and left me high and dry. If you care about keeping your money safe, I would trust a different local bank or a larger nation-wide bank before First National Bank of PA.
Left a small account dormant after closing a mortgage to be able to transfer banking here eventually since it's local. $10 a month charges for a year before they said anything. Also making it difficult closing. Steering the businesses I work for away from this bank and also pulling my personal accounts away. Strongly suggest you do the same.
Their online system and app has been having issues for over a week now and they have no idea when it will be fixed. If they stayed open later it wouldn't be so bad. Or I could just send them a bill for lost work time and extra gas until they fix this issue.
Needed help with a cc that was issued by them. All I got was a phone number
