Left a small account dormant after closing a mortgage to be able to transfer banking here eventually since it's local. $10 a month charges for a year before they said anything. Also making it difficult closing. Steering the businesses I work for away from this bank and also pulling my personal accounts away. Strongly suggest you do the same.
Their online system and app has been having issues for over a week now and they have no idea when it will be fixed. If they stayed open later it wouldn't be so bad. Or I could just send them a bill for lost work time and extra gas until they fix this issue.
Needed help with a cc that was issued by them. All I got was a phone number
This bank is truly awful. The branch messed up my paperwork so bad over an account change that a line of credit was cancelled - followed by harassing phone calls after for payments going so far as to contact family members! Once I spoke with customer service they were as incompetent as the branch in Heidelberg PA and worse the agents were unprofessional, argumentative and entitled. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BANK
