Staff are friendly. They are punctual with getting your child in at their designated time and out in a reasonable amount of time. My problem is getting an appointment after school. I offered to go to three different locations and still had to schedule our follow up during school time. They need more slots available after school hours.

My daughter loved FMY in Jackson. They made her feel very comfortable and at ease. We went straight back at appt time and everything was explained to both of us. Great!!!
Everyone was amazing my son was nervous when he was getting his braces yesterday but they made him feel great and made the experience just as good
Wonderful. I had to get braces when I was 23 and they did an excellent job!
