Bought a low built box van to use in Seattle area. After 5 months and it stalling on occasion local dealer found a fuel line problem relating to box install. Though not under Izuzu warranty and the bill to fix going over $1,300.00, FMI never hesitated to pay for the repairs that needed to be done. Greatly appreciated.
Swear to God they rent out these trucks to any idiot with a license just drove behind some f****** a****** for about 40 miles while he was lethargically coasting between my lane and the oncoming traffic lane. Despite having zero brain cells and flipping me off the "driver" was actually able to keep me from passing everytime a dashing yellow line would come around. I'm the manager of an independent fleet maintenance shop, and I can tell you FMI's parts department is very helpful, and the staff work together like a family. Harry knows too much, and if he'd quit whining about his recent heart transplant and show up to work maybe he'd sell me more parts! We sent an 06 Isuzu diesel truck in for a warranty replacement of a fuel injector a few months ago and they completed the work the very next day.
