I took a chance on a new (to me) wholesale floral vendor, FMI Farms, and am so happy with the decision! My rep, Grace, answered all my questions, alerted me to supply shortages, helped me make substitutions, but didn’t pressure or upsell me. Not everything I ordered was available, which I anticipated might occur due to the well known shortage of particular floral items, and those items were removed from my charges. It was my very first purchase with this company, I don’t have any complaints, the service was excellent. The manager guided me with all my inquiries and showed me a big variety of color in tulips. When I picked the flowers up, Grace was very helpful she checked with me my order, to make sure everything was as I requested. The tulips last for more than 1 week. I did follow all Grace’s recommendations and it worked. Me and my guests were in love with the color and the flowers. I’ll come back for sure!
