I was disappointed with the service at FM Nail Spa located at 5700 S Gessner Rd Suite H2, Houston, TX 77036. Terrible service! Always in a rush to get you in and out. The gel polish chipped in less than a day, went back to get it fixed and the ladies completely ignored me even though they weren’t busy and were all on their phones. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Had high hopes for this place after reading all the good reviews. When I walked in on a weekday late morning, no one was at the reception area. I peeked farther in, when one employee looked up from her phone and asked what I wanted. She didn’t stand up and walk over to greet me; I had to approach her. When I asked for pedicure availability, all she said was “No” and went back to her phone. No “I’m sorry, we’re all booked” or an offer if I’d like to try again at a later time.
