Always a great way to burn 1200 calories in an hr. I'm more impressed with the ATL location, music selection and instructor. Also, bikes need to be calibrated. Worth it though for something different!

One of the most motivating and fun workouts...studios, instructors and staff are consistently great across the country: NYC, Hamptons, Chicago, and Texas all sampled and each fab!
