“Flyte” located in the Gulch area is casually upscale, and truly a wonderful restaurant. A description of their food would be “contemporary new American cuisine”. They present a daily changing menu (mostly) locally sourced. Visiting from St. Louis, MO, “Flyte” came highly recommended and did not disappoint.
