I am deeply disappointed with the quality of the work delivered. Despite the depo be 102-pages, I found significant errors on every single page. This level of oversight indicates a lack of basic competence and attention to detail. I expected a professional transcript but instead received work that requires a complete overhaul one star is too many
If I could, I'd give this company NO stars. I hired this company to transcribe a court hearing so that I might use the transcription to file a complaint. They sent me a transcription that had 3-4 GLARING ERRORS which COMPLETELY CHANGED THE MEANING of what I'd said in court, and made the transcript USELESS - for the mistakes could be used by those I've sued against me, since they seem to indicate I'm siding with them!!!
