I hired Flynn Mirtle Moran (Kamloops) for an appraisal and had a very poor experience with Curtis Taylor. Before even arriving, he commented that my property was a waste of time and would never align with BC Assessment or a previous professional appraisal. As well as multiple untrue facts on the appraisal one being having a single gravel driveway when it’s a 4 car double stamped pavement driveway.
